Education

Ms. Herbert graduated from William Paterson University in New Jersey with a B.A. in Psychology in 1987.  While an undergraduate, she was a Dean's List student and served as secretary of Psi Chi, a national honor society of Psychology students. In 1993 she received her J. D. from the City University of New York School of Law, where she was a member of the Committee for Academic Standing, the Scholastic Standing Committee, and the General Assembly of Student Government.  Attorney Herbert also completed a two-year post-law school general litigation program at the Arthur T. Vanderbilt American Inn of Court.
